I guess those reading this my introduction might think “I have enough gems to work for the rest of my life with”, but…
Yet, the pursuit continues. Some of us, like myself, persist in collecting, examining and hunting them.
I am an Italian man with an appreciation for beauty (and luxury).
While I began my career in the fashion, dealing mainly with precious textiles from all over the world, the allure of gemstones gradually revealed my true calling.
Blessed with two jeweller relatives in Italy, I pursued gemological studies in Bangkok and Hong Kong. However, as the limitation of even esteemed gem laboratories suggest, the true path to knowledge comes through direct exploration: Sri Lanka, Brazil, Colombia, Madagascar, India, Tajikistan and beyond were my usual destinations.
Tough years, marked by journeys that often felt drawn from the pages of a fairy tale—encounters, places, and moments that remain etched in memory.
There are many such stories, and I would be pleased to share them with those who take an interest. Whether in quiet conversation, during a consultation, or simply over a shared appreciation for a stone, these stories do more than illustrate—they give depth, meaning, and context to each gem.
What I find most rewarding is not only presenting the gemstones I discover across the world, but also exchanging perspectives—offering insights, listening to yours, and creating a dialogue shaped by knowledge, passion, and experience.
Of course, I aim to sell as well, but if you have read me this far, you know as me that gemstones are, above all, a secure investment.
Whether you choose to retain them, resell them for profit, or to transform into exquisite precious jewels with significant returns is up to you.
