The Seller is fully responsible for ensuring that product descriptions on the Website are accurate and up to date. In cases where a product is accompanied by a gemological certificate, the following applies:
The Seller will provide clear photographs of the certificate.
A link to the certificate’s technical specifications will be included.
The Seller will only reaffirm the contents of the certificate in the product description.
Should a discrepancy arise between the Website description and the gemological certificate, the Buyer will be entitled to a full refund, as detailed in the Return and Refund Policy section.
3. Sales Process
To make a purchase, the Buyer must select a product and proceed through the checkout process. Coupons may be offered and must be applied at the time of checkout. Retroactive application of coupons after purchase is not permitted.
4. Payment and Checkout Process
Buyers may check out as guests or by creating an account. The checkout flow includes:
Guest Checkout – No registration required.
Retail User Registration – For individual consumers. Requires a valid email address.
Business User Registration – For verified businesses seeking access to wholesale pricing. Subject to approval by the Website administrator. Approval may be denied at the sole discretion of the Administrator.

These payments are processed securely via the Stripe payment gateway. The Website Owner assumes no liability for technical failures, delays, or other issues caused by Stripe.
The Website also accepts cryptocurrency payments via the Xmoney payment gateway, specifically:

Bitcoin (BTC)
As with Stripe, the Website Owner is not responsible for any errors, delays, technical failures or other issues related to the Xmoney platform.
Bank Transfer Instructions
For buyers choosing bank transfer as the payment method:
Bank account details will be sent via email once the order is completed.
The Buyer will have 3 calendar days from the date of order confirmation to complete the transfer.
During this period, the selected item will be reserved and marked as “on hold.”
If payment is not received within 3 days and no written request for a deadline extension has been submitted by the Buyer, the item will be automatically re-listed for sale.
5. Pricing
There are two pricing categories visible on the Website, applied at the Seller’s discretion:
Retail Price
Displayed to all users.
Includes 21% VAT for Spanish and EU-based customers.
Excludes VAT for customers outside the EU.
Price differences due to VAT inclusion or exclusion are not grounds for refunds.
Wholesale Price
Available only to approved business users.
Displayed without VAT.
Important Notice for Spanish Business Customers
Spanish business entities viewing the Wholesale Price must be aware that 21% VAT will be added at checkout, as required by Spanish tax law.
This VAT charge is mandatory and automatically applied.
It will be clearly itemized on the invoice.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to declare and account for VAT correctly through the reverse charge mechanism when applicable.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
Destination country
Product value
Product weight
At the Seller’s sole discretion, free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders. All shipments are fully insured and packaged securely.
Shipping Times
All processing and delivery times are calculated based on GMT+1 (Madrid).
7. Gemological Certificate
Buyers may request a gemological certificate via the “add-on certification” dropdown. Conditions:
Additional Cost: Displayed transparently during selection.
Processing Time: Estimated completion time will be stated and may delay final delivery.
If the gemological certificate reports characteristics inconsistent with the Website description, the Buyer will be entitled to a full refund, processed within 3 business days of the Buyer’s written notification.
8. Buyer’s Responsibilities
To complete an order and ensure proper delivery, the Buyer must provide:
Full legal name
Active phone number
Valid email address
Accurate shipping address
Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays and could void eligibility for returns.
Additionally, the Buyer is required to record a video while opening the package upon receipt, recording properly the item bought, to serve as proof of the item’s condition at delivery.9. Return and Refund Policy
The Buyer has 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To initiate the return process, the Buyer must complete and submit the return form, accessible via:
Payment confirmation email
User dashboard (for registered accounts)
“Services” section in the Website footer
At the page 2 of Return form, Buyer must choose between Return Shipping Options:
Buyer Handles Shipping:
The Buyer may choose to return the item at their own expense and full responsibility. In this case, the Seller will not be liable for any damage or loss occurring during transit.
Seller-Arranged Return Shipping:
The Buyer may request that the Seller arrange a courier for the return.
The shipping cost will be clearly specified on Page 2 of the return form.
This amount will be deducted from the final refund.
Item Received Damaged:
If the Buyer claims the product was received in a damaged condition, they must:
Select the corresponding option on the return form.
Be entitled to a full refund of the product cost and all associated shipping costs.
Provide a video clearly showing the damaged item as it is being opened from the original, sealed packaging.
Failure to provide this video will automatically void eligibility for any refund, including the product cost and shipping fees.
Return shipping costs will not exceed the original shipping charge paid by the Buyer, unless the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged as per the conditions above.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import/export fees will also be deducted from the final refund.10. Packaging and Video Proof for Returns
Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Upon arrival, the Seller will record a video of the unboxing to verify condition. Refunds will only be issued if the returned product matches the original shipped condition.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item and are issued via the original payment method. If unavailable, bank details must be provided by the Buyer for alternative refund processing.
11. International Orders
Buyers outside the European Union are responsible for paying:
Local customs duties
Sales or import taxes
Any related fees upon delivery
The Seller does not cover or reimburse these costs. Buyers are encouraged to verify applicable charges with local authorities before ordering.
12. Delivery and Shipping Time
Orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation. A photograph of the package will be taken by the Seller prior to dispatch.
Buyers must record a continuous video when opening the package, clearly showing the unopened parcel, the label with the recipient’s name, and the unboxing process and the item bought and its condition. This video serves as irrefutable proof of the item’s condition at the moment of delivery and must be safely stored by the Buyer.
The Buyer must be able to provide this video upon request in order to initiate or complete any return or refund request.
Failure to provide this video will invalidate all rights to return or refund.This requirement is explicitly stated in the shipping confirmation email sent to the Buyer, and by proceeding with the purchase, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to this condition.
13. Seller’s Rights and Discretion
The Website Administrator reserves the right to:
Approve or deny business account registrations
Adjust pricing or shipping policies based on specific cases
The Seller also reserves the right to update these Conditions of Sale at any time without prior notice. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the terms before completing a purchase.
